I have travelled a fair bit in France and especially South of France, and I just love that overall mediterranean feeling, so this personal project is made as a tribute to France.

The brand name Laven is obviously inspired by the gorgeous flower, Lavender, which is everywhere to be seen, when travling in France.

I wanted Laven to be a brand, with an organic and warm vibe. The font and illustrations is created in an delicate manner, given Laven’s audience is mostly females. To compliment the feminine tones, I chose some darker, faded colors to avoid making the mood too ‘girly’.
